Co-developed and updated outline on Open Architecture the Critical Enabler for Network Centric Warfare Paper, including section on RCIP. Addressed Open Architecture Transformation Roadmap. Prepared Final Rough draft for combined effort editing, maintained configuration management throughout process. Met with CAPT Ric Ruston and critical mass of OA OPNAV Staff for off-site review of document at KCG, corporate headquarters in Virginia Beach. Completed first edition of paper within 6 weeks of initial tasking of Open Architecture Network Centric Warfare Paper and posted it to OPNAV 766 website hosted on KCG server.
