Klett Consulting Group wins a major 5 year

U. S. Army salute.
(initial one year award with four option years) Small Disabled Veteran's Owned Business Contract supporting the U. S. Army's 90th Reserve Readiness Command (RRC) contract in the southwest (Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma) to manage and maintain oversight of facilities and equipment assigned to the 90th RRC. KCG-INC teamed with J. M. Waller Associates of Springfield, VA to win this award with a potential value of $14M while also providing diversification for KCG-INC.

KCG-INC named to General Dynamics-AIS Team

Klett Consulting Group named to General Dynamics-AIS team of contractors collaborating in development and fielding of the Navy's Open Architecture Track Manager (OATM) project. KCG-INC specifically is working with industry partners to develop supporting documentation to facilitate GD-AIS role as Systems Integrator/Design Agent (SI/DA) for the effort. In addition, KCG-INC is tasked with development, drafting and editing OATM system Concept of Operations (CONOP). Last, in effort to synergize OATM effort with the ongoing development of DoD Joint Track Manager (JTM) project., KCG-INC is providing key support and operational expertise to this effort.

Navy sole-source contract in support of Second Fleet and assigned units to provide technical support, system integration, operational engineering expertise in the development of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) architectures as well as a Knowledge Management Plan for Distributed Staff Experiment series including Joint Fleet Exercises and preparations for Trident Warrior 05 as well as associated Collaboration at Sea and the Knowledge framework. Klett Consulting Group, Inc.’s outstanding past performance in its previous support of Second Fleet in developing innovative Fleet solutions for Information Management, Knowledge Management, Operational Architecture Design and associated Data/info Performance Monitoring.

in support of the Naval Warfare Development Command Newport, RI is completing work on a contract awarded September 2004 in which they have successfully and expertly provided direct experimentation planning, execution, and technical writing support as part of the NWDC Project and Analysis Team for Distributed Command and Control Continuum events, for both Information and Knowledge management development. Klett Consulting Group, Inc. Wins Navy Contract

KCG-INC works on NAVSEA Contract.
KGC-INC, teaming with General Dynamics, Northrop Grumman, SAIC, Lakota, TMG, Steller Technologies, and DG Batchelor Consulting wins U. S. Navy contract in support of NAVSEA to develop the first Open Architecture Combat Systems product, a common Open Architecture Track Manager (OATM). The U. S. Navy awarded the Prime contract to General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems, a $27.8 million contract to provide system integration and design agent services for the Open Architecture Track Manager. The track manager is an improved component within combat systems that receives and translates information from air, surface and subsurface sensors to create an integrated picture of the locations and paths of aircraft, ships and submarines in the battle space. The contract runs through June 2009 and has a total potential value of $95 million if all options are exercised.

The OATM will potentially be installed on the DD(X), Littoral Combat Ship, CVN-21, Advanced Hawkeye and other Navy surface and air platforms. This contract provides for a phased integration of the track manager functionality. As part of this contract General Dynamics will monitor, assess and possibly integrate into the OATM related technology sponsored by the Joint Single Integrated Air Picture System Engineering Office and the Navy Program Executive Office for Integrated Warfare Systems, Command and Control (Networks/External Communications).

to develop, demonstrate and validate meteorological data collection methods and sensors, and to provide critical environmental data and products to the battlefield tactical commanders and their staffs. KCG-INC will utilize the Joint Forces Command’s Joint Operational Test Bed System (JOTBS) Unmanned Aerial Vehicle program as a platform to demonstrate the integration of network centric meteorological support capabilities to meet these requirements.

series tour as the subject matter expert for DoD Enterprise Architecture - Integrating Service-Wide Architectures into the Global Information Grid (GIG). Mr. Klett's seminar provides the complete framework for complying with the latest requirements for C2 Constellation, FORCEnet, Army Enterprise Architecture and the GIG. Attendees will learn the latest guidelines and standards for building these architectures, and how they will integrate with new industry technologies. Additionally, they will understand the latest business models and future budgets.

KCG-INC will provide consulting, analytical, coordination and strategic planning services to investigate opportunities to optimize and integrate the existing and projected PMRF capabilities in the Joint, Service, and Coalition Testing and Training requirements, as they are being developed within the DoD Transformation Critical Mass.

(Network System Integration Branch) and the Anteon Corporation, develops, edits and publishes the paper Open Architecture, The Critical Network Centric Warfare Enabler. Paper deals with the specific requirements to integrate the Navy combat systems into the FORCEnet and Global Information Grid operational architectures. The first edition of paper published within 6 weeks of initial tasking.

to provided consulting and analytical services to investigate and identify operational surveillance and weapon system sensors (remote, autonomous, and semi-autonomous) that may contribute to the spatial and temporal METOC characterization of the joint battlespace.
