KCG-INC named to General Dynamics-AIS TeamKlett Consulting Group named to General Dynamics-AIS team of contractors collaborating in development and fielding of the Navy's Open Architecture Track Manager (OATM) project. KCG-INC specifically is working with industry partners to develop supporting documentation to facilitate GD-AIS role as Systems Integrator/Design Agent (SI/DA) for the effort. In addition, KCG-INC is tasked with development, drafting and editing OATM system Concept of Operations (CONOP). Last, in effort to synergize OATM effort with the ongoing development of DoD Joint Track Manager (JTM) project., KCG-INC is providing key support and operational expertise to this effort.

Klett Consulting Group, Inc. wins U. S. Navy sole-source contract in support of Second Fleet and assigned units to provide technical support, system integration, operational engineering expertise in the development of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) architectures as well as a Knowledge Management Plan for Distributed Staff Experiment series including Joint Fleet Exercises and preparations for Trident Warrior 05 as well as associated Collaboration at Sea and the Knowledge framework. The OATM will potentially be installed on the DD(X), Littoral Combat Ship, CVN-21, Advanced Hawkeye and other Navy surface and air platforms. This contract provides for a phased integration of the track manager functionality. As part of this contract General Dynamics will monitor, assess and possibly integrate into the OATM related technology sponsored by the Joint Single Integrated Air Picture System Engineering Office and the Navy Program Executive Office for Integrated Warfare Systems, Command and Control (Networks/External Communications). |

Klett Consulting Group, Inc. awarded U.S. Navy contractto develop, demonstrate and validate meteorological data collection methods and sensors, and to provide critical environmental data and products to the battlefield tactical commanders and their staffs. KCG-INC will utilize the Joint Forces Command’s Joint Operational Test Bed System (JOTBS) Unmanned Aerial Vehicle program as a platform to demonstrate the integration of network centric meteorological support capabilities to meet these requirements.
