Klett Consulting Group, Inc is a service disabled veteran owned small business established in 2002 to provide innovative operational system engineering services, professional consulting services on military transformation, joint experimentation, C4I, and interoperability Subject Matter Expertise (SME). We also provide system integration services to facilitate ideas and concepts across the technical and operation boundaries to create new capabilities. Our business philosophy is to provide the best consulting services that provide solutions to customer challenges through knowledge, experience, and access to an extensive network of industry and government knowledge agents. Klett Consulting Group, Inc (KCG) works closely with our team of consultants, corporate teaming partners, and government personnel to create efficiencies and capabilities that ensure all projects are completed on schedule and consistently meet or exceed all contract requirements.

KCG has extensive experience in Joint Experimentation (lead consultant to USJFCOM for first year of program), Joint Operations, Training, Exercises, and Interoperability and is highly adept at rapidly integrating technology to measure its impact on the operational environment. Since inception, the Klett Consulting Group has supported ASD C3I now NII, and DOT&E at USJFCOM in C4I SME liaison roles, and has been a key advisor to the SES Executive Director of the Combat Direction Systems Activity, Dam Neck, VA on issues of Joint system engineering support. Additionally, we have extensive experience on the integration of the latest technologies into Combat Systems. KCG has worked on multiple Department of Defense sponsored Advanced Concept Technology Demonstrations, Evolutionary Technology Demonstrations, the establishment of the Joint Interoperability and Integration organization at USJFCOM, and numerous JFCOM and Director of Test and Evaluation sponsored Joint Evaluations and Training Exercises.

KCG utilizes a unique business model that provides our clients with the right products and services on demand through the management and leveraging of our experienced, technical talent pool of subject matter experts through our distributed network. This unique business model allows for cost sharing of in demand capabilities and knowledge agents by multiple clients that allows for significant cost savings for the government, as well as provides synergy between programs that typically would not have awareness of common objectives, and creates an environment for cooperation between programs at the Joint, Service, and coalition level. Our small responsive and experienced corporate infrastructure makes key decisions in a matter of minutes rather than hours or days on issues of customer support, technical design, concept of operations, status of the "state of the shelf" technology, etc. because we live and breathe in a unique technical and operational environment that has access to the latest information that is needed to support our client base. We have key personnel at Fleet Operational Staffs, embedded in the Strategic Planning Cell of the Nations Largest Test and Evaluation and Training Range at the Pacific Missile Range Facility, integrated into the Joint Unmanned Air Vehicle (UAV) Test Bed at JFCOM, SPAWAR Integrated Systems, The Naval Warfare Development Command and JFCOM Joint Interoperability and Integration and The Joint National Training Capability.
