In order to provide the highest quality of service and support to our DHS PACTS clients KCG has established subcontracting agreements with the following exceptionally capable companies.

Diversified Technology & Services of Virginia, Inc. (DTSV) is a large-business contractor that has worked with Klett Consulting Group since 2007. They are a subcontractor to us for the Navy’s SeaPort-e contract, and helped us win a $27M Task Order entitled, "Special Missions Strategic Technology Support & Development."
DTSV enjoys an outstanding reputation for their recruiting successes. They are headquartered in Newport News, Virginia, and have hundreds of employees in joint ventures that they formed in support of government contracts in Washington, DC. One of the contracts was a fixed price, performance-based award, for $192M for the Patent and Trademark Office. At a critical point during their support of the Patent and Trademark Office, they recruited, interviewed, hired, organized, and trained-as-required over 400 new employees within three months time.
For recruiting, they proactively use resources such as Monster.com, recruiting agencies, web advertising, print advertising, participation in industry groups, personal networks, and an experienced in-house recruiter to ensure that all current and prospective staffing needs are met. They have earned a reputation for finding the hard-to-find experts, when other companies, even exceptionally large companies, have been unable to do so.
Our SDVOSB subcontractor, Client Solution Architects, augments our team with extensive west-coast relationships that include great recruiting resources. They utilize numerous professional networks; participate in professional job fairs; maintain various personal relationships through AFCEA (Armed Forces Communications Electronics Association); use online recruiting services such as Monster.com; use recruiting resources at local colleges such as San Diego University’s job fair; and have built up several personal networks using professional organizations such as: Society of Logistics Engineers (SOLE) and Navy Networking (NAVNET).
Our subcontractors will share in DHS PACTS tasking that is commensurate with their performance, as determined by Klett Consulting Group. It is understood that we are all in this together, and we will mutually support one another toward success. All Task Order support to DHS organizations will be provided by fully-integrated teams under the leadership of the Task Order PMs, reporting to Mr. Klett. Our subcontractor companies are fully committed to this team-oriented, integrated approach.
